Airport Division

Flight units
Runways, taxiways, aprons paved with both asphaltic concrete and concrete are constructed in accordance to either ICAO for civil airports or NATO standards for military facilities.
NavAids
As a general contractor in aviation YBT successfully renders provision, installs, tests, calibrates, commissions all state-of- the-art NavAids systems in operation both civil and military. Systems delivered to clients up to now include: VOR (VHF Omnidirectional Radio), DVOR (Doppler VHF Omni-directional Radio), CVOR (Central VOR), ILS (Instrumented Landing System), DME (Distance Measurement Equipment), NDB (Non-directional Radio Beacon), IGCS (Information Gathering and Coordination System), AWOS (Automatic Weather Observation System), ATIS (Automatic Terminal Information System), AFTN (Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunications Network). EKO has also delivered GCA (Ground Controlled Approach), TACAN (Tactical Air Navigation System) specifically for military use.
Airfield Ground Lighting Systems
All runway, taxiway, apron lighting systems (including approach, threshold, centerline, edge beacon and PAPI lights) and their constant current regulators and control panels in tower. Apron lighting poles to all heights including self-ascending types.
Terminal Buildings
All types of Terminal Buildings whether steel or concrete with a superior quality finish and maximum functionality are accomplished on a full turnkey basis (including all electricial, electronic and mechanical installations), including specialist systems, such as, EDS (Explosive Detection Systems) and BHS (Baggage Handling Systems).
Other Facilities
Aircraft fuel storage tanks, related filtering and manifold stations and pipelines, aircraft hangars, cargo handling buildings (with cold storage facilities), flight control buildings (tower), engineering blocks, meteorology buildings, rescue and fire stations, apron handlings, service buildings, catering buildings, water tanks, security buildings and police stations, customs buildings, guest houses, transmitter buildings, main and sub power transformer buildings, generators, military aircraft and squadron shelters resistant to nuclear blast, central HVAC buildings, mechanical and electrical utility underground galleries etc. on turnkey basis, including central and remote control, audio and video systems, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), fire alarm and protection systems, security systems, building automation systems and SCADA.
